Join us around one table for an evening of discovery and conversation as we explore the world of Polish wine — one of Europe’s most exciting emerging regions.

We’ll begin with a welcome glass of sparkling wine, followed by a commented tasting of five distinctive Polish wines. Along the way, you’ll hear a few stories from the vineyards and get a glimpse into the fascinating story of winemaking in Poland.

To complete the experience, enjoy a selection of Polish bites (koreczki) and a sweet dessert to finish - all in the cosy setting of Phibsboro’s Fion Eile wine bar.
