The Police Athletic League of Philadelphia (PAL) is increasing awareness and deepening engagement with current and prospective board members and business and civic leaders across greater Philadelphia. Our annual “Breakfast with the Commissioner” is an open and candid conversation with Philadelphia Police Commissioner Kevin Bethel about the opportunities and challenges facing law enforcement activities – prevention, intervention and engagement – across the City of Philadelphia and the role our Police Athletic League plays in shaping the future of our community.
