Want to understand how each exercise will benefit not only your horse but also develop your knowledge? I will explain and guide you so you can use these exercises at home to improve your horses balance and rideability. Knowledge is key, without it your simply riding without gaining any benefit. Take advantage of my many years of experience for training horses in the balance using both classical and modern techniques with a passion for the biomechanics of the horse.
CAN BE DONE IN HAND USING CLASSICAL IN HAND TECNIQUE (not just leading over a pole)
⭐I am a British Dressage Coach, BD Youth Coach and Assessor, NLP Sports Coach. UKCC & BHS qualified.
An approachable, friendly coach, adaptable to your specific requirements.
⭐A circuit training style of pole work and jumping. This session is perfect for general fitness of all horses young and old, aids rehab conditioning after injury. Can be done in-hand or ridden.
Gymnastic exercises are beneficial in so many ways.
For the horse:
• making joints more elastic,
• relaxing and eliminating stiffness,
• muscle groups are developed by
dynamic straining and relaxing,
• rhythm and evenness of movement
improves.
• encouragese the horse into much
more engaged work of the spine, legs
and abdominal muscles.
For the rider:
• teaches the rider to feel the swinging
movement of the horse's back,
• develops suppleness and balance,
• develops creativity for schooling
exercises, keeping your mind fresh,
• develops confidence and trust
