Signature Strength Tricks. Duration 90mins-£35-Attendees must be able to invert comfortably.
Description: Learn Heidi's signature strength tricks/combos and how to train for them. It includes tips and secrets of gaining strength, safe/correct pole technique and lots of new tricks and combos to work on.
Workshop 2
3:30pm start
Intermediate Pole Tricks & Combos.
Duration 90mins-£35.
Description: Heidi will be teaching a mixture of tricks, pole handstands, cool spins and combos.
If you have any tricks, spins or floor work that you have seen Heidi perform or post online, you can request at the start for these to be taught in the workshop.
Attendees must be able to invert comfortably.
