Pole Straps are a fabulous addition to the pole - they can make moves more accessible particularly where mobility may be an issue, as well as help to create new and exciting shapes and transitions. Join Charlotte to explore tricks and transitions and build sequences.
Prerequisites: competent with basic and side climb, and beginner sits & spins
What to wear: Pole wear and bare feet (Skin grip needed)
