Her teaching ability is insane and she will break things down amazingly for you gorgeous lot. We have one spin and one static workshop so pick your fave or go all out and do both!!

Move like water, with grace and ease as we take control of spinning pole anc learn some of Pam's favourite spin pole transitions.
Learn key tricks to stabilise each movement to make you look effortless anc fluid as we fly
Pre reqs: you should be confident in inverts/ leg hangs, working towards arms only moves.
Level can be set by studio owner.

Mastering static transitions

Elevate your pole repertoire in this 90 minute workshop where we will explore the art of seamless transitions on static pole, where we will cover a variety of grips, poses and flow techniques.
Pam will guide you through each movement, ensuring you have the biomechanical awareness to effortlessly connect spins and tricks whilst performing them with grace and confidence.
Level: this can be set by the studio owner at time of booking, but ideally participants should be comfortable climbing and with basic leg hang grips.
