My popular Intermediate intensive is back for 2026!A full day of learning tricks, flow and all about how to use your own anatomy to your advantage to progress your pole level.
6 hours of pole over 4 workshops, 1 instructor, 1 EPC day.
Workshops:
Every aspect of the trick/ transition/ flow is broken down to give you a full understanding of the movement with adaptations made for each individual if required, as let’s face it, we are all different.
10.30am arrival for a 11am start - 6pm finish meal out at local restaurant- optional attendance.
💥Pole trickster! - Pam will share with you some of her favourite staple tricks which are key to the development of your foundational movement essential for nailing those harder moves
💥 Between the lines - the art of transitions
Take your pole practice beyond Individual tricks and start moving with intention.
This workshop focuses on moving with fluidity, grace and strength.
We will explore creative pathways between tricks using momentum, control and most importantly, body awareness.
💥 Bend the truth - the art of faux flex
You don’t have to be a contortionist to serve those stunning, flexy lines! In this playful yet practical workshop, we’ll explore the art of faux flexibility—creating the illusion of deep backbends, flat splits, and eye-catching shapes without the need for extreme mobility.
Designed for intermediate-level polers, this session focuses on:
• Clever angles and camera-ready lines
• Cheat tricks for making your backbends and splits look deeper
• Transitions and poses that flatter your current flexibility
• Engagement and muscle awareness to create length and extension
Perfect for polers who want to bring elegance and drama to their flow, photos, or performances—without spending hours stretching every day. We’ll work on both static and spin, giving you adaptable tools for your pole journey.
💥 gravity games - drops, tumbles and spicy get downs
Feed your inner daredevil with this workshop where we will nose dive into the World of dynamic drops, tumbles and mini flips.
Whether you're looking to perfect your performance or add unique elements to your repertoire, these workshops will elevate your skills and inspire your creative expressions. Join Pam to transform your pole practice for a day that will leave a lasting impression!
I change the content each year, with some of my favourite classics brought back for you all to adapt and I do offer the chance to request particular tricks/transitions you may have seen me do.
Full day £200 (dependent on availability)
A £100 non refundable deposit secures your space or full payment.
Payments are non refundable but if you can no longer attend you may sell your space on to someone of the appropriate level to attend.
Balance due in full November 1st 2025
The location for this intensive day will be at the incredible Pole station in Stafford.
