No experience necessary! This class is open to all fitness abilities!
This is where you’ll start – our first level and introduction to Pole Fitness Classes! This class is the perfect mix of sensual movement and building strength, where you will begin to transform the body and mind. You will be warmed up with a Pilates-based floor workout – teaching you moves that you can also use at home (if you would like) to strengthen for the pole! We will teach you a pole routine that will include the spins and transitions that you have have learnt throughout the 6 week session.
What to bring?
A Water Bottle
A Yoga Mat
We also recommend bringing a pair of Knee Pads for certain movements on the floor.
What to wear?
Anything you feel comfortable working out in
No need to bring any footwear. We do the class barefoot.
