Do you want to learn combos that make you feel like a glittery goddess? This 6 week course is for you! Suitable for beginners. Taught by the wonderful slinkstress Jo you will learn how to move fluidly around the pole and make it look effortless. Jo is renowned for her incredible smooth movement and her background in heels technique ensures you will have everything you need to glide around the pole in a safe and velvety way. The lighting will be low to boost confidence and the curtain will be drawn to keep the class private. Maximum two people per pole with lots of floor space.
BEGINNERS WELCOME!
Heels are welcome but not compulsory. Socks, bare feet and 'soft' shoes (eg ballet slippers) also welcome. Knee pads recommended. Wear whatever outfit makes you feel confident and comfortable.
The lowest age we can accommodate in group classes is 16 years old. There is no upper age limit. Younger children can be accommodated in private lessons - please contact us for more details.
