Lets party…. this fun, beginner-friendly class you’ll learn a feel-good pole dance routine that’s all about moving your body and having fun: no prior pole experience needed. We’ll cover the pole basics, body rolls, pirouettes, and spins, then put them together in a dance routine. 60-minute instructor-led class, finishing with 15 minutes of filming/party time for photos and videos.Perfect for anyone who wants to try pole dance rather than fitness (trick style).

What to expect:
60-minute guided class with an upbeat, party-style routine
Beginner basics (no inversions) with options for all confidence levels
15 minutes for filming, photos, and celebrations at the end
Supportive, body-positive coaching and great tunes
Suitable for total beginners and all levels. No prior dance or pole experience needed.
What to wear/bring
Comfortable activewear (shorts or leggings)
Please avoid applying any hand moisturiser beforehand and remove all hand/wrist jewellery
Bring water
Filming is welcome only during the final 15-minute party window.
