Pole dance beginner workshop

Curious about pole but not sure where to start? This workshop is designed for absolute beginners—no experience required.

We’ll cover the basics: simple spins, foundational grips, and how to move with the pole. It’s a supportive space to explore something new, build confidence, and connect with your body in a different way.

Come as you are—no expectations, just a chance to try something fun and challenging at your own pace.

The class is divided into five parts: Off-pole warm-up, Pole warm-up, Spins, Choreography, Cool down

Each section will be simplified and adapted to suit the participant’s strength and flexibility.

Clothing: Please wear comfortable shorts and a sports bra, as skin contact provides the best grip on the pole. No accessories. Open to all!
