What is Polarity Therapy?Polarity therapy, or polarity balancing, uses several techniques to influence energy flow and balance in the body. Practitioners believe that energy imbalances, disturbances, or blockages result in dis-ease and can be corrected. Dr. Randolph Stone, an osteopath, chiropractor, neuropath, naprapath and naturopath, developed this form of alternative medicine in 1947.
Polarity Therapy is referred to as “energy medicine” and in the state of Idaho does not require a license to touch. Anyone can do this therapy as well as being a beautiful adjunct to massage therapy.
I have been certified in Polarity Therapy since 2003, and founder/co-owner of OZ School of Massage since 2007. Polarity is my favorite modality as it is so effective and the layman can get results with very minimal training.
