January's GORUCK Club Callout is a chilly Polar Plunge Ruck! Cold water immersion enhances immunity, increases metabolism, rejuvenates, uplifts, and can even make a hangover a little bit better (quite a bonus on New Year's Day!)
DETAILS:
We'll ruck out to the boat ramp, wade into the lake and submerge, get out and do some ruck PT to warm ourselves, and then ruck back to the parking lot. 4 miles total.
Be sure to bring a change of clothing!
