This Valentine's Day, Layman Brewing is heating things up no matter the weather! Venture through the back door for a fun afternoon of poking beers on the the patio. In addition to red hot steel rods, we'll have sticky, chocolatey s'mores and a selection of steaming hot drinks (both adult & G-rated).What's beer poking? A hot poker caramelizes the sugars in a glass of beer leaving slightly thicker, sweeter, and at the perfect drinking temperature with more depth of flavor. The process is also dramatically foamy and fun
