***FORMAT:***
- Champions Regulation M - A
- Rounds: Best of 3 Format
- Number of Swiss rounds based on attendance
- Top Cut potential based on attendance
- Time Limit: Based on in-game timer
***REQUIREMENTS:***
1. Players must have a Pokémon Trainer Club account and associated Player ID number. This ID must be provided at registration so results can be properly reported to Play! Pokémon.
2. Players need to bring their own legal Regulation I team on a Nintendo Switch system with Pokémon Champions. All Pokémon, moves, abilities, items, and Tera Types must comply with the current Scarlet & Violet Regulation I ruleset. Players are responsible for ensuring their team is fully legal and battle-ready.
3. Players must lock their team into a Battle Team slot before the tournament begins. All Pokémon will be set to Level 50, and should be properly trained, and ready for immediate play. Mid-tournament changes are not permitted. Rental teams are not permitted.
4. Players will be required to fill out an Open Team Sheet for Staff as well as Opponents. (https://www.pokemon.com/static-assets/content-assets/cms2/pdf/play-pokemon/rules/play-pokemon-vg-team-list-2023.pdf) Team sheets must be completed and turned in before the start of the tournament. Players must accurately list each Pokémon’s species, item, ability, moves, and Tera Type. Staff team sheets will need Pokemon Level and EV spreads listed as well.
5. Players must be able to play independently and are responsible for keeping their equipment charged. This includes operating their Nintendo Switch, navigating menus, and managing in?game settings without assistance.
