Pokemon Surging Sparks Prerelease

​This is a sealed format tournament with 40 minutes for deck construction followed by three 20-minute rounds, Swiss style. Each participant will be given a Surging Sparks Build & Battle Box containing 4 Surging Sparks Booster Packs and an evolution pack featuring key cards from current and prior sets to build a deck of 40 cards. Also included is 1 of 4 alternate art promo cards.
