Purple Goat will be hosting our 4th annual Bockfest on our patio!!! The event is covered by our canopy and will have heaters and fireplaces to keep you warm while you drink delicious beer and enjoy an awesome outdoor event in the Minnesota winter!We will be featuring Schell’s Bock for this special event. $6 pints and $11 mugs. The mugs are yours after purchase and then you just buy your refills! Make sure to get here early because the mugs don’t last long and are only available while supplies last!
Bock poking is a time honored late winter/early spring tradition that involves Fire, lager heads (the metal rods that you heat up to caramelize the beer), and of course Bock beer… Poking a Bock beer with a red hot poker caramelizes the malt and sugars, creating a smoky flavor and creamy taste!
