THE NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee includes:
- Combo/add-on tickets only: admittance to the Friday evening networking reception.
- Admittance to the Festival conference Saturday.
- Saturday lunch.
- Saturday morning and afternoon snack breaks.
- Saturday evening party.

Transfer Policy: registration is transferable for a CAD 25 processing fee. Transfers must be completed by April 14, 2027 at 11:59 pm EDT—email organizer via EventBrite your ticket information. Transfers will be assigned by event organizer to those on event waitlist. Resale of tickets is prohibited and will result in ticket cancelation without refund.
Recording Policy: no audio or video recording of sessions is permitted without express written consent. Unauthorized recording may result in ejection without refund. Photos of presentation slides are permitted only with verbal consent of the presenter.
