Saturday, August 1, 2026:
Breakfast takeover (pay for your own consumption) at Hyatt Regencey Portland, be a Globalist or make a Globalist friend.
PTF Conference: 10 am - 6 pm, location: Hyatt Regency Portland. Registration opens at 9:00 am.
PTF Party: 7 - 10 pm, location to be emailed to registered attendees prior to event.

Hyatt Regency Portland at the Oregon Convention Center, 375 NE Holladay St, Portland, OR 97232.
Room block is $139/night + tax with 72-hour cancellation policy (property charges a $25/night destination fee, waived for World of Hyatt Globalist members). Book here.
Airport Transport:
The Hyatt Regency is located at the Convention Center MAX Station. Take the Red Line from Portland International Airport (PDX).
Festival Registration:
Your non-refundable festival registration includes:
- Saturday conference with lunch
- Saturday party
- With ticketed add-on: Friday picnic at Peninsula Park
Your festival registration does not include:
- Any travel
- Any accommodation costs
- Informal social activities such as after party and breakfast takeover
Event Participation Requirements:
By purchasing this ticket you acknowledge that you will abide by the event participation requirements:
- Good conduct policy: you will conduct yourself at the event in a spirit of civility.
- Attendee badge: you are required to wear your attendee badge when attending conference sessions.
- No recording of sessions: the no recording policy allows open discussions and respects the hard work of speakers. Anyone found to be recording (video, audio, or otherwise, that includes photos of every slide, etc) will be removed from the event with no refund. Exceptions only if a speaker gives explicitly up-front permission for specific recording.
- No refunds: tickets are non-refundable.
- Ticket transfers: registration is transferable for a $30 processing fee. If event is sold out, transfers will be assigned by event organizer to those on the event waitlist; resale of tickets is prohibited and will result in ticket cancellation without refund. If the event is not sold out, you will be required to locate a transfer recipient in order to complete a transfer. Transfers must be completed by July 28, 2026 at 11:59 pm PDT—email organizer via EventBrite your ticket information.
- Violation of participation requirements: if you violate the participation requirements, you will be required to immediately depart the event, and there will be no refund.
- No chargebacks: for any inquiries you will contact organizer via the contact organizer method in EventBrite and will amicably engage with organizer; organizer will seek to resolve customer service issues within the terms of the event. Should you file a payment dispute / chargeback with your bank, you will be banned from attending future Points Travel Festival events.
