Join us to dedicate Community Cares by Serena Saunders, a new mural created in partnership with the Point Breeze Business Association. The celebration will coincide with the Point Breeze Community Market for an evening of artmaking, community, and fun!
Community Cares is the result of collective effort and enthusiastic community input, shaped through a series of engagement events and paint days. Join us at the market to hear directly from the artist, community partners, and neighbors who helped bring this mural to life, right off Point Breeze Avenue.
After a brief speaking program, enjoy music, refreshments, and hands-on art-making activities while you browse the community market (located at Point Breeze Avenue and Reed Street, every Thursday from 3 to 7 pm).
