Join us at Lump Gallery for a fun and enriching poetry workshop where you can join fellow poets writing about the artwork in the gallery.
About this Event

This is a generative workshop, meaning you will make new work.
Writing poems in response to art is called ekphrasis, so we will be writing ekphrastic poetry.
The workshop will go like this: 5 min of introduction, 25 min discussion, 45 min writing time, 45 min sharing with the group.
It is open to any experience level.
It will be led by Chris Tonelli and Sam Pepple, both poets and educators from Raleigh.
