Join us at Poetry to Power: Healing in community through poetry at The Movement Studio at Radical Healing!

What have you been keeping from yourself on your endless healing journey?

By now, you’ve spent countless hours looking within, setting boundaries, speaking up about what you need, listening to others and compromising with the world.

Aren’t you tired? Where in your body do you feel it most?

In this workshop, we’re done working. Bring an old journal, book/song/movie quote, or object that tells a story of love or laughter. We’ll share an understanding of attachment and grief in a society hooked on supremacy by reading contemporary poets like Danez Smith, Ocean Vuong, and Nikita Gill.

Finally, we’ll turn our personal truths into poems of our own—releasing you to the here and now.
