This workshop will be led by poet, author, and professor Joshua Escobar.
This interactive and generative writing workshop will guide participants through different exercises that explore and celebrate the ecology and social geography in and around Santa Barbara. You will leave with a poem of your own, or at least with the start of one. :-)
Participants will engage with poetry, fiction, visual art, and film throughout the workshop.
Due to limited space, please only register for this event if you are committed to attending.

After registering, we will notify folks that have a space in the workshop and those that may be on the waiting list.
For those that are confirmed, participants will meet at Chaucer's Books to check-in and then the group will walk to CoreSports' Wellness Center (by Harry's) for the workshop itself.
