April is National Poetry Month We are partnering
with 49 Writers to hold an open mic
with advance sign ups.

In general, this is the process for a featured poet:
Poets read 20 - 30 minutes of their own work.
Each poet picks someone whose poetry has been an influence on their writing (POI).
Others sign up to read poems by that poet...
The evening generally runs about 2 hours.
Toward the end of the evening, we have an open mic period we call
FRINGE!
most often someone well known.
