Here at PMP, we pay homage to the world of battle rap, a space where language is weaponized, every word is a punchline, and metaphors become ammunition. In this showcase, poets step into the ring, drawing inspiration from the raw, unfiltered energy of battle rap while honoring its deep-rooted influence on self-expression and artistry. Through spoken word and storytelling, we’ll explore the cadence, wordplay, and resilience that battle rap embodies, showing that whether on the stage or in the streets, real rap is poetry in motion. Don’t miss this vibrant celebration of legacy, art, and community.
