About this Event

Whether you're new to poetry and prose, or a hard-core word buff... WE WANT YOU! Go with the flow and observe the live poetry performances Nottingham has to offer, or even take a chance and perform your own art! All self-expression (as long as it is peaceful) is welcomed!
This free event is an Open Mic and platform for the local creative community to come together share their art, and connect with other like-minded folk. You don’t need a degree to get on the mic. We cherish SELF-EXPRESSION, CREATIVITY and COMMUNITY. Hopkinson is always proud to be a safe space for all genders, sexualities, ethnicities, religions and ages, every day of the year.
