Brittany, a native of Tallahassee, Florida, is an accomplished poet, bestselling author, and a proud member of Black on Black Rhyme. She is also a devoted mother and wife. In 2019, Brittany published her first memoir, *I Break Free*, written during a difficult period in her life. The memoir serves as a guide to overcoming generational trauma and transgressions, showing that anyone can break free and lead a prosperous life.
As a life coach, Brittany focuses on helping mothers transform their generational self-perceptions and adopt new habits to achieve their future goals. She is the founder of the annual Mother’s Impact Workshop and the owner of Generational Healing Society, a business dedicated to empowering others through personal growth and healing.
