Calling writers, poets, and supporters of the arts!
Join us at the Lambert's Point Open Space from 5 - 7 PM on September 26 for an evening of readings, nature, and writing. Along with ODU's Writers in Community, the evening will start with readings from invited poets.
After these readings, you'll be invited to walk through the Open Space for inspiration to write your own poem which you can share during the open mic session. If you don't read your poem aloud, we encourage you to leave it with the ERT to be added to a semi-permanent public art project we are working on.
All you need is a blanket or beach chair to get comfortable and enjoy the evening!
Parking is available in Lot 43 on ODU's campus by the Old Lambert's Point Golf Course Clubhouse.
