Poetry Corner: Book Spine Poetry Workshop

This month, we're going to do something a little different. Poetry can be intimidating for those of us who have never tried it. Book Spine Poetry allows you to use found items, book titles in this case, to create your own message. Working with our North Andover Poet Laureate, Jason O'Toole, you can learn how to write Book Spine Poetry and get some insight into writing any kind of poetry.

The overall concept is simple. Choose books with titles that come together to create a poem. Jason will work with you to help you find inspiration and find what works until you're satisfied with your poems.
