Poetry & Pinot - this is an event focused on nourishing your nervous system and unleashing your creative spark.
We will salute our inner creative beings with a glass of pinot, after we ground into presence with meditation, breath work and journalling prompts to get you into your feels, out of your comfort zone and expressing what's on your he(ART).
Delicious Canapes, a glass of vino and all nervous system regulating exercises: breathwork & meditation, journalling prompts will be included in your ticket.
