We’ll begin with a guided meditation to help you connect deeply with your inner self and uncover the truths that lie within.

📝 Accept
You’ll translate your discoveries into poetry—writing about the parts of yourself you embrace and the fears, insecurities, and limiting beliefs you’re ready to release. Through awareness, we find acceptance.

💃🏽 Heal You’ll be gently guided in expressive movement and somatic practices to embody release. As music flows, your collective poems will be woven into one powerful piece, read aloud open-mic style as you move—letting go of what no longer serves you.

💬 Reflect We’ll close in community, sharing insights and holding space for one another’s growth.
