Gemini BLUE has been rocking with Poetic Escape since the VERY beginning, when we were back at Blue Wave. She used to perform as Shaie The Poet back then… Now she knows she is “so many things” and a poet is just one of them. Gemini BLUE has hosted The Calm and Gemini Blue presents The Unwind both at Oasis Cafe in Hyde Park and Dorchester respectively. Gemini Blue has performed in several stage performances including the plays “Uncommon Ties”, “Welcome To Mema’s”, and “The Stage Reading of Yes Jesus Loves Me” by the incomparable Liz James.

Gemini BLUE was a featured artist at The Fight For $15 campaign and Quality and Soul; performed at the Lizard Lounge, Ohm, and If You Can Feel It You Can Speak It. She a part of the HERSS team an organization focused on young women who have experienced Domestic Violence… Gemini BLUE will be publishing her first book soon titled “Playing By The Moon”!
