Travel through time space and mysterious gateways with guided prompts designed to spark memories conjure guides and inspire dreams and visions for your work. There will be time to write and (optionally) share throughout the workshop. Come write connect with local creatives and enjoy drinks and small bites.

Jennifer Barone is an Italian-American poet and artist. She is the author of three books of poetry including: Saporoso Poems of Italian Food & Love (now in its third edition from Feather Press.) She been a featured poet at San Francisco’s LitQuake SF Public Library SFJazz Poetry & Jazz Festival Marin Poetry Center Red Poppy Art House Libreria Pino / Telegraph Hill Books Bird & Beckett Books Golden Sardine The Beat Museum SF MoMa SF Historical Society and DeYoung Museum. She is a two-time winner of the 2007 and 2012 SF Public Library’s Poets Eleven contest for North Beach where she resides and has been published in literary journals such as The Marin Poetry Center Anthology Colossus Press: Current Water and This Wandering State poems from Alta Vol. 1: San Francisco edited by Kim Shuck SF Poet Laureate Emeritus Quiet Lightning’s Sparkle & Blink Forum Literary Magazine of CCSF The Haight Ashbury Literary Journal Accolades A WWS Anthology and two Poets 11 Anthologies published by the SF Public Library and edited by Jack Hirschman SF Poet Laureate Emeritus.

Jennifer is also a yoga instructor for multiple decades and an energy worker. She enjoys bringing the healing arts into her creative work. She is currently working on a new collection of poetry.
