Come learn the ways of the weights with our podFit Intensive training led by Andrea Loudenback and Hannah Clark. This weekend will give you the tools to structure and lead your own fit classes. We will go over the importance of cardiovascular and strength training and why these elements are useful in balancing out our yoga practice. podFIT is an upbeat, intense, and exciting offering that can add value to your yoga and fitness teacher toolbox. Learn how to sequence effectively for a total body workout, to teach to the beat of the music, build energy boosting playlists, and engage and motivate students. This training is for individuals of all levels, with all varieties of teaching backgrounds.You will walk away with two full classes built out! A 30 minute class and a 60 minute class.
You will receive a link to our online manual before the training begins. We ask that you bring materials for note taking.
Following the fit training you will be invited to audition for a spot on our podFit teaching team.
