What is Poscheska??
Poscheska is a trick that combines rhythm (tempos) and technique to provide a smooth lift into hand to hand : connecting the jump of the flyer with the push of the base, creating a unique movement together.

Warm-Up & Mobility
Loosen up with specific mobility exercises.
Tempo & Standing Drills
Refine your timing and technique with tempo and standing drills.
Standing Hand-to-Hand & Podcheska Progressions
Cool Down & Stretch
