Blugene Brass is Eugene's premier brass quintet. Founded in 2017, their vision is to play all genres of music. Their full time percussionist, Julie Bounds allows them to extend their repertoire even further including music from classical to pop, Latin and Jazz standards. They love collaboration and frequently work with vocalists and instrumentalists to presnet uniqe concert experiences. Tuesday, March 11th's Pocket Concert Program will include music from Dukas, Florence Price, Ewald, Malcolm Forsyth, Mozart, Piazzolla, Irving Berlin, and others.
