WHAT’S ON - JULY 2026
We are developing and listening to the needs of our community and are providing more online sessions alongside our monthly in person meet ups. We are also facilitating a walk and talk as many have requested this too.
This month we will be exploring Communication and Relationships which is imperative when managing our PMDD.
Most of us want to break up with our partner in the 3rd week of our cycle and we will be exploring the neuroscience behind this alongside practical communication tips to manage these moments.
The fee is as low as we can possibly manage to cover the hiring of a suitable space so any donations over this are always welcome to bring in additional practitioners and materials etc as we have no funding and nor does anyone make any profit from this project 🙏🏻
We also have a whatsapp group you can dip in and out of for peer support when you need it from other women on their own PMDD Journey 🧠🩸👭🏻🫂
