Monthly MTB Destination Ride - Ride routes, mileage, and pace will vary depending on weather forecast, trail conditions/closures, and anything else the ride leader decides.November's Ride Location: Pisgah National Forest
Mileage: Around 20 miles
Duration: 3 to 5 hours (ride time)
Difficulty: Technical/Extreme (probably not a good idea for new riders)
Ride Leaders: Tad Nielsen, Chip and Jackie Batson
Meet at Piney Mountain Bike Lounge no later than 8:45am for a 9am (sharp) departure for Pisgah National Forest. The shop will be open for anyone to use the restroom or grab any last minute supplies or necessities for the ride. Carpooling may be available, depending on turnout for the ride.
Due to travel time, this will be an all-day event. In other words, don't make any other afternoon plans.
