Participants will gain an understanding and knowledge of conducting health and dental Health Determination (HD) monitoring file reviews to support the newly implemented Health 511 procedure and support self-monitoring and ongoing care and follow-up. Furthermore, they will have side-by-side support with pulling HD reports and entry of HD data.
