PLR Vancouver: Take it To the Trails (Season 4)

Our Intention: Equipping newcomers with the tools, resources and experiences they need to feel confident navigating Trail running and, life in a new city. Keep in mind... we meet you exactly where you’re at (no need to be a "runner") — just come as you are.

What to know:

Date: Saturday April 26th, 2025.

Time: 9:00am

Meet: Stanley Park (near the concession stands and washrooms by Second Beach)

What to Wear:

• Dress (weather appropriate): breathable, moisture-wicking layers.**
• Shoes: regular road running shoes** and
• Carry a change of shoes/top/bottom/socks (and towel) in case it rains

What’s Included in Session?

• Short Community walk and run. We will send out the options closer to the date.
• Season 4 Trail Clinic Information.
• Opportunity to sign up for our Season 4 Trail Running Clinic.
