Discussion: Offering up an analysis of current cultural trends that promote weight-loss as wellness and health, we will showcase how this causes harm, while discussing how Running Culture fits in this new landscape.

Our Goal: The goal is to widen our analysis and broaden the discussion surrounding Body Acceptance, sharing why Fat Acceptance (and not Body Positivity) is important in our Running spaces.

• A curated list of questions with reading guide to use on your own for further unpacking.
