Natalia founded The Good Egg at a kitchen table in a Dalston flat, where both herself and their current Project Manager Shar lived. Having previously worked for big agencies, she saw a gap in the market for an agency that could do Influencer Marketing better by charging clients less, offering more, and dropping all the unnecessary faff which is not directly related to the success of a campaign. They worked tirelessly from the sofa, the table, the bed and, on many occasions (even to date!) in cafés around East London, and it’s fair to say that the hard work paid off! Through creating an agency where being good humans is at the forefront, Natalia has proven that nothing compares to human interaction; no tech, no software, no data. Natalia’s main USP is to be known just because of that: the agency that puts humanity at the forefront. “We don’t want to make billions, we just want to be more human and I’m proud to say that I have created a thriving female-founded boutique agency that has been profitable from day one with no loans, no funding, nothing.”
Grace is the Head of Content for Steven Bartlett and Europe's Number One Podcast - The Diary Of A CEO. Leading her team, Grace manages the content strategy, ideation, research, creation across 7+ channels and reaches millions of social media users every single week whilst doing so. Grace is also the founder and superstar behind one of my favourite spaces to learn more about all things marketing, The Social Climber and is a passionate teacher of long-term growth strategies, not quick fixes.
⭐️And last but not least, Daisy
Daisy Morris is a social media strategist and the Founder of social media consultancy and digital community, The Selfhood. The main premise of The Selfhood is that it aims to make URL interactions feel just as human as IRL ones. Using funny tongue in cheek videos, memes, and vibrantly designed interactive content, Daisy shares the know-how on building meaningful communities and connections on social media with business owners, creators, students, and creatives, far and wide.
The Good Egg is an award-winning boutique agency that works to create a kinder, more human space for Influencer Marketing.
To put it bluntly, we’re tired of the bullsh*t. We’re a small, international, and remote team who work hard to treat the Influencers that we work like humans, rather than as algorithms or cash cows. As a purely Gen Z and Millennial-led team, we’re 100% digital and highly flexible.
From travel and fashion to technology and music, our agency is known for running creative and innovative campaigns that shake up the Influencer Marketing industry, whilst never letting a project, whatever the budget, interfere with our values. That’s why diversity, equality and social justice are at the core of The Good Egg.
