Lacrosse Training: This is a training event developed by PLL athletes to maximize growth and education for all lacrosse players. Training sessions focus on shooting, dodging, agility training, passing, defense, communication, and lacrosse IQ development.
Pros: Scotty Rodgers - PLL goalie (PLL Champion, All-Star), University of Notre Dame (Most Outstanding Player of the 2010 NCAA Championship, 2x All-America honoree, 2009 Great Western Lacrosse Player of the Year, Tewaaraton Award Watch List)
Where: Blue Valley North HS- East Football Field - 12200 Lamar Ave, Overland Park, KS 66209
When: Saturday, September 28th
3rd - 5th Grade training session will be from 12:00PM to 1:30PM
6th - 8th Grade training session will be from 1:30PM to 3:30PM
VIP Small Groups (Offensive or Defensive) (if registered) will be from 3:45PM to 4:45PM
9th - 12th Grade training session will be from 5:00PM to 7:00PM
Who: Designed for lacrosse players between the ages of 8 and 18. Athletes should have at least one year of playing experience, just so there is a foundation to build upon. Lacrosse training sessions are designed to help players of all skill levels improve, so don't worry about skill gaps or potential inexperience. We all share the common goal of improvement - regardless of our skill level today.
VIP: 1-hour of VIP (10 player max/professional) training to take place between the 6th - 8th Grade and 9th - 12th Grade training sessions. Small group training provides an opportunity for additional personalized instruction to ensure players maximize growth and potential. Each small group training will include detailed critique and feedback areas for improvement.
Pricing: 90-minute training session (3rd - 5th Grade): $99 / 2-hour training session (6th - 12th Grade): $119 / VIP Small Group (Offensive or Defensive) (3rd - 12th Grade): $119
