Before you sign up please note:

• You MUST be able to ride comfortably with traffic
• You MUST know how to use your gears for hills.
• You MUST wear a helmet to participate.
• You MUST wear high viz vest/jacket
• Ensure your bike is in good working order before arriving - Check your air pressure, brakes, and gears BEFORE the ride
• If riding an e-bike, ensure it is charged and in FULLY working condition.
