Plein Air Painting a Colonial Re-Enactment
About this Event
What is Plein Air Painting? Plein air painting is the practice of painting landscapes or subjects directly outdoors, "in the open air," rather than in a studio. Meaning we will be venturing out to the places themselves to paint them. The set up will be the use of standing french easels and masonite boards for your canvas. My hope with these workshops and classes is to bring folks together and connect through intentional art making inspired by our surrounding community!
This event wil be doing some live painting at a colonial re-enactment! There will be a touch of lights camera action there as well! Come with me to document part of the 250th USA Anniversary celebration!
