Artists of all skill levels are invited to paint plein air (painting outdoors) around the grounds of Buffalo Park/McMillan Mesa. Visitors can enjoy the opportunity to see the artists at work and perhaps try their hand with some watercolors thanks to support of City of Flagstaff Parks, Recreation, Open space and Events (PROSE).
Watercolor artist David Orrin Smith will be the featured artist.
