Plein-air Drawing Workshop with Wapke Feenstra

Join us for a special workshop with artists Wapke Feenstra and Ton Kruse, we explore VU Amsterdam's campus as a place of work through an plein-air drawing workshop. The workshop is part of the public programme of Let's Work!.

In 2023, Ton Kruse and Wapke Feenstra organized a plein-air drawing class on exploring the building of the old R.S.O.L. in Deventer (the former seat of Ton Kruse's Faculty of In-Humanities). Now they are going to draw with the students and staff of VU Amsterdam. What location do you prefer to be on the VU Amsterdam campus? And what qualities and aspects of that place make it a good place for you?

We will have drawing materials, paper and plein-air sets available. Start at 4 PM at VU ART SCIENCE gallery. Registration is not required but can be done via [email protected] with the subject "Plein-air Wapke October 10". Language: English & Dutch & Frisian & other.
