Plein Air Days at Laurel Hill Mansion

Join us for a day of outdoor art making on the grounds of Laurel Hill Mansion and be inspired. Artists and other creatives are invited to spend the day en plein air painting, sketching, photographing, making on the grounds of Laurel Hill Mansion in East Fairmount Park, Philadelphia PA at this free event. The house and gardens sit on a high bluff overlooking the Schuylkill River. There are lots of cool, breezy locations on the old property to set up including the back porch, a gazebo or under one of the lovely shade trees. Bring your lunch and enjoy a picnic too.

Whether you're a seasoned artist or a beginner, this event welcomes all skill levels, so pack your art supplies and join us for a day of painting, sketching, photographing and making. This event takes place at Laurel Hill Mansion not Laurel Hill Cemetery. We are a yellow house in the Georgian style at 3487 Edgley Drive, off of Reservoir Drive and across from Edgley Field in East Fairmount Park. www.laurelhillmansion.org/Pages/location.html
