Pleasure Garden : A sensual exploration for couples and friends

Each ticket is for a pair, so the price of one ticket includes entry for two people who agree to work together.

What to expect:

• Explore what brings you pleasure through playful experiments
• Engage all five of your senses
• Create deeper embodiment and self-awareness.
• Learn to ask for what you want exactly how you want it.
• Deepen connection and improve communication with your beloved.
• All exercises are partnered with the person you signed up with, one ticket is sold per pair.
• Open to all pairs willing to engage sensually.
• A safe and trauma-informed space to explore in a non-sexual, clothes on environment.

Feb 7, 2026 from 10am-5pm in Oakland California (location supplied after registration). Perfect for Valetine's day!

There will be a one hour lunch break approximately halfway through the day.

COVID safety:

• For everyone's comfort and safety you will only work with the person you signed up with.
• All participants will be required to sign a covid waiver and to certify that they have had no symptoms of illness of any kind for at least 10 days prior to workshop.
• All participants will be required to take a covid rapid test at the door (you must provide your own test or purchase one at the door for $10).
• Air filters will be running for the duration of the workshop.

Refund Policy:

• This is a small event (limited to 7 couples) and refunds make running these events unsustainable for the instructor so please be mindful when requesting a refund.
• Refunds will only be granted on a case-by-case basis and can not be made within 14 days of the event.
• The only excpetion to the above 14 day policy is if one or both of you is sick. This exception is to encourage those who are ill to stay home and not make others ill. If you cancle less than14 days before the event due to illness you will recive a credit for a future Pleasure Garden (offered once a year in Febuary).

About your facilitator:

Mara Roy (she/they) is a relationship and intimacy coach, educator and facilitator who has practiced and taught integrative body and breath work, movement, meditation, tantra, yoga and conscious touch for over 20 years. As a champion for overcoming shame and deepening fulfillment, she helps her clients and students explore and express themselves in a safe and supportive environment. Her work is trauma informed and focused on creating self-awareness, self-love, mindfulness and increased pleasure.

Mara was trained at The Body Electric School (where she is currently a faculty member), The Somatica Institute, and holds a CPCC certification from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). Mara continues education in the areas of attachment theory, trauma, Compassionate Inquiry (as taught by Gabor Mate) and Somatic Experiencing.

When not teaching or coaching Mara can be found in the wild places of this beautiful planet cultivating wild Eros in deep communion with Nature.
