Join us for September Connection Night, an evening of meaningful conversation, genuine connection, and networking without the ick with Olympia’s community of women in business.
This month, we’re exploring a conversation you probably haven’t had at your average business event: pleasure as a source of leadership intelligence.
Pleasure gives us access to vitality, desire, creativity, and connection, making more of us available for the businesses, people, and lives we care about. And when our capacity for pleasure expands, so can our capacity to lead.
Pleasure as Leadership Intelligence with Shauna Stewart
Shauna Stewart brings together her experience as a nonprofit CEO, certified sexuality educator, and embodied intimacy and relationship coach to explore pleasure as a powerful and often overlooked source of leadership fuel.
Together, we’ll explore how increasing your capacity to feel, receive, desire, and experience pleasure can strengthen your capacity for:

Meet Your Speaker: Shauna Stewart
Shauna Stewart is a certified sexuality educator and intimacy coach known as The Pleasure Atelier, where she guides women back to themselves through conversations about pleasure, intimacy, embodiment, and what it means to feel fully alive.
Drawing from a career spanning executive leadership, community development, and entrepreneurship, Shauna brings a unique perspective to the intersection of personal well-being and leadership.
She currently serves as CEO of Experience Olympia & Beyond, where she leads regional destination strategy and community partnerships, while continuing her work helping women reclaim desire, vitality, and self-trust in their personal lives.
Known for her warm, thought-provoking approach, Shauna challenges the cultural narratives that separate success from pleasure and achievement from aliveness. Through coaching, retreats, speaking engagements, and intimate experiences, she invites women to consider a different possibility: pleasure isn’t a reward for a life well-lived. It can be a foundation for living and leading well in the first place.
Shauna lives in Olympia with her husband and two children and believes some of our most powerful transformations begin when we slow down long enough to hear ourselves again.
Who is Connection Night for?
Connection Night is for women entrepreneurs, business owners, leaders, creatives, and professionals who want to build meaningful relationships with other women in the South Sound.
You do not need to be a member of The Boss Society Collective to attend. Come experience the room, meet the community, and see why we do networking differently.
